Education and digital products case study

Connecting the Website, Training Portal and Purchase Journey

BioMolecular Athlete publishes science-based performance education and digital products. During my involvement, its customer journey crossed a public website, training portal, product catalogue, checkout, email capture and the domains connecting them.

The challenge

One customer journey spread across several platforms

The visible page was only one layer. Visitors needed to move from educational and campaign content into the right product, checkout, training access and email follow-up without broken links or confusing changes in context.

That made responsive page work, product routing, subdomains, DNS and third-party integrations part of the same experience rather than separate technical tasks.

Selected work

Building and maintaining the integration layer

Webflow implementation

Built and refined public, catalogue and campaign pages, including responsive layouts, forms, video interactions and launch-ready page states.

Training portal handoff

Connected public-site login and training paths to Uscreen so visitors reached the active member experience consistently.

Product and checkout journeys

Linked product pages and offer variants to the correct SamCart destinations, then corrected mobile and checkout paths across campaigns.

Email capture

Integrated Drip forms and supporting domain authentication so signups could move from the page into the intended audience workflow.

Cloudflare and DNS

Configured subdomains, routing and vendor records while accounting for the proxy requirements of externally hosted services.

Cross-platform QA

Checked the complete path across page layouts, forms, product links, training access and domain behavior instead of treating each platform in isolation.

My role

The website and integration layer, with a clear boundary

My responsibility centered on the website, page presentation, responsive behavior, DNS and the connections between customer-facing platforms. Separate product teams handled the substantive backend development of specialist calculators and applications.

That boundary mattered. The work was not to claim ownership of every system, but to make the parts customers touched feel like one reliable journey.
