Overview

These terms govern your use of belletty.com and the services provided by Belletty Digital, operated by Kesava Belletty ("I", "we"). By using this site or hiring me, you agree to these terms.

Services

Belletty Digital provides freelance web development services including custom WordPress development, API integrations, e-commerce builds, performance optimization, and product sales. Specific scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Products

Digital products sold through Gumroad (e.g., the IBS Tracker) are delivered as described on the product page. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the IBS Tracker when requested through Gumroad.

Free Products

Free products such as TraceWP are provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for testing the plugin in your environment before deploying to a production site. The plugin is licensed under GPL v2.

Freelance Engagements

• Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
• A deposit may be required before work starts. The balance is due upon completion or per the agreed milestone schedule.
• Revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions are billable.
• Source code and assets are transferred upon full payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and reference the project in marketing materials, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability

Belletty Digital is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from the use of this site or its products and services. For freelance engagements, liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or services outside my control.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. I do not share your business data, credentials, or project details with third parties without your consent.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
