Belletty Digital ("I", "we") is a freelance web development business operated by Kesava Belletty. This policy explains what data I collect, why, and what I do with it. I keep data collection minimal and never sell your information.

  • Contact form submissions: Name, email, and message content when you reach out through the contact form on this site.
  • Analytics and advertising: This site uses Google Ads (gtag) to measure ad performance. Google may set cookies and collect usage data (IP, browser type, pages visited) as part of this. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
  • MailerLite (email list): If you join the 7-Day Challenge or any mailing list, your email address is stored by MailerLite. I use it only to send you the promised content and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Gumroad (product purchases): If you buy a product (e.g., the IBS Tracker), your payment and order data is processed by Gumroad. I receive your name, email, and purchase record. Payment details are handled entirely by Gumroad's payment processor.
  • Server logs: Standard nginx access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) are retained for security and troubleshooting. Logs are not shared with third parties.

How I Use Your Data

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide services you've requested.
  • To deliver purchased products and provide support.
  • To send emails you've opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To measure and improve marketing performance via Google Ads.
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

What I Don't Do

  • I do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • I do not use your data for purposes beyond what's described here.
  • I do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing.
