The problem

A standard storefront could not represent the buying process

The same product catalog could not be shown in the same way to every buyer. Product access and pricing depended on the customer’s role and organization, while tax handling, quote requests and checkout also needed to follow B2B rules.

The goal was a usable purchasing path without forcing the team to maintain a separate store for each customer group.
