What platforms do you support?
I work with WordPress, Shopify, custom-built sites, and most other platforms. If you're not sure whether your setup is supported, just ask. It probably is.
Do I need to give you full access to my site?
I'll need admin-level access to perform updates and security work. I treat all credentials with strict confidentiality, and I'm happy to sign an NDA if needed.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
If your site is compromised while under my maintenance plan, I'll clean and restore it at no additional charge. The plan is designed to prevent this, but if it happens, you're covered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There's no long-term contract. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle. I'll make sure you have all your backups and credentials before wrapping up.
What counts as a small update vs. extra work?
Swapping an image, fixing a typo, updating a phone number: that's included. New page builds, major redesigns, or large content work would be quoted separately. I'll always let you know before any extra charges.
How do I know what you did each month?
You'll receive a brief monthly summary that covers what was updated, any issues found, performance metrics, and recommendations. I often include screencasts walking through what I changed and why, much clearer than a bullet list.
Is this handled by you personally or a team?
